Meet Jacqui Luberto

DCL: As the owner and broker of Realty ONE Group Emerald Coast, your experience as a business professional and military wife uniquely positions you to assist buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions. And, as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist(CLHMS) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) you're so well qualified too. How do you and your team stay on top of the ever-changing market?  

JL: Easy answer – I stay involved!  I still help buyers and sellers every day which in turn, helps my agents.  Understanding the market, and the continuing changes that come with it, requires a leader that is engaged.  Realty ONE Group Emerald Coast comes with many tools for our agents and we are consistently evolving and innovating.  The vast majority of our agents, myself and my husband included, are military related so having the MRP certification makes sense.  We want to always ensure that our military community knows that we are ready, willing, and able to serve them.  A military move can be one of the most stressful times in a family’s life so we do not take it lightly.  With my CLHMS and Guild certifications, which is driven by actual production numbers, I am positioned to provide white glove service to our top echelon community as well.  The Realty ONE Group International Luxury Division, ONE Luxe, has curated a training, marketing, and service platform like none other for agents, buyers, and sellers. The Emerald Coast is a very diverse area and Realty ONE Group Emerald Coast is uniquely positioned to meet every buyer and seller where they are and take them through their unique real estate journey.

DCL: You've said you're not good at sitting idle! We get that!  How do you like to spend down-time?

JL:  I am on the Broker Engagement Taskforce for the Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS. Our goal is to create a space for brokers to develop their leadership skills, improve their agent engagement strategies, and create new opportunities in their business. As far as down time, there isn’t much of it!  The youngest of our three will be attending FSU in the Fall so check back in September! 

Q: Tell us what makes your brokerage special.

Simply put, the agents.  Every single agent here is the epitome of the change they wish to see in their world.  They’re active in the market, engaged in training and leadership, as well as being responsible for internal office collaboration.  Not one Realty ONE Group Emerald Coast agent would put themselves above another.  They work hard and they work together.  It’s a spirit that conveys in everything we do.  Work with ONE of them, you’ll see it!
