With over three decades of experience in accounting, cost management, and small business operations, Mary brings a rare blend of corporate know-how and entrepreneurial spirit to every client relationship. She launched Bookkeeper Plus to give small and mid-sized businesses access to high-level financial expertise—without the red tape.

Before Bookkeeper Plus, Mary held senior accounting roles at major companies like Colgate-Palmolive and Starbucks, where she specialized in cost accounting, SAP implementation, and process improvement. But her passion for community, creativity, and business ownership led her to build multiple successful ventures—including The Rabbit’s Lair, a top-10 fiber and fabric shop in America, and Poor Richard’s Art, an artist co-op that helped revitalize historic downtown Rogers, Arkansas.

Whether she’s building out financial systems for a growing company or untangling a messy set of books, Mary approaches every challenge with humor, heart, and a deep understanding of what it takes to run a business. She believes in transparency, teaching clients how their numbers work, and making accounting feel less intimidating—and maybe even a little fun.

When she’s not helping clients build stronger financial foundations, you can find her enjoying time with her family, dabbling in fiber arts, or cheering on local entrepreneurs.
