A Spotlight on Some Of Our Leading Ladies

Maylee Thomas-Fuller

Maylee is best known as the lead singer in her band and a co-founder of the Love Life Foundation, a 501(c) (3) helping at-risk women and children.  Maylee is also an owner of the Guitar Sanctuary, Sanctuary Music and Events Center, and the Love Life store. Her voice resonates on stage, as a radio host, business owner and beloved First Lady of McKinney.  She is the mother of four children and the wife of McKinney Mayor George Fuller.

  Lena Smith

Lena is the First Lady of Prosper and the owner of The Lena Smith Group, a realty company that emphasizes customer service and community expertise.  She founded the Prosper’s Ladies Association and has supported, started or funded such entities as the Lunch Light Ministry, Prosper Angel Tree, a Scholarship program, as well as other charities in McKinney and Prosper.

 Jane Clark

Jane, of the Jane Clark Realty Group, LLC, is proud to carry the title of Keller Williams’ Number 1 Team in the North Texas Region. Jane grew up in Florida and has lived in Copenhagen, Denmark where her family currently resides.  A Collin County resident for more than 20 years, Jane’s success is a direct result of her dedication to professional excellence.

Chris Andres 

Chris Andres is the President of the Prosper Ladies Association.  Dedicated to the community and providing “Service Where it Matters.” The Prosper Ladies Association (PLA) provides opportunities to serve the people and needs of our community.  PLA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and supports other children, families, and charitable organizations. We can help cultivate new nonprofits. Let PLA help you fulfill that need.

 Kelsi Arceneaux 

Kelsi Arceneaux is the dynamic and energetic owner of The Well Frequency in Prosper. The Wellness Frequency is a futuristic wellness experience! They offer NEO sessions which utilize structured water and cutting-edge frequency technology. In addition, they provide a multitude of wellness products and other services to help YOU live your best and healthiest life.

 Linda Baker 

Tenacity, trust and impeccable standards are the cornerstones on which Linda Baker has built her real-estate career. Angi Burns 

Angi Burns is the passionate local theatre director, mostly with youth, and the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Ovation Academy of Performing Arts. She is a wife, mother to 3 children and all her students, whom she calls her ‘kids’. She has been involved in the theater since the age of 4, on stage and behind stage, teaching, helping their students hone their craft and love of the arts. She holds a Masters degree in Education Administration, she is also an award-winning Radio DJ, Sports Emcee, and Comedian. She raised many students in the arts to gain scholarships and acceptances to top colleges across the country. Her goal is to develop good humans who can give back to the community in a positive manner through their art.

Marina Fox

Texas business owner Marina Fox has operated McKinney Furniture and Design, previously called The Furniture Buyers Club, for the past five years.  Originally from France, Marina lived in California for twenty years before moving to Texas.  Determined to make her store different, Marina offers her customers an original, customized look at a reduced cost. Located off the beaten path, Marina takes advantage of the low rent to pass along those savings to her customers. Her store has a beautiful front showroom with a large warehouse showroom in the back.  Her furniture is decoratively displayed in tasteful vignettes so the customer can imagine the pieces in their own home.

Heather Jordan 

Heather is the Practice Director at Setty Plastics & Aesthetics. Before her director role, Heather traveled for global corporations several years before starting a career that would allow her to stay in one place.  Heather has certifications in laser hair removal, SculpSure, Hydrafacial MD, and micro needing with the Eclipse Micropen.

Noel Koenke

Noel Koenke is a Certified Natural Hormone Balancing Specialist for BeBalanced Hormone Weight Loss Centers in Frisco. BeBalanced offers a non-medical, natural, holistic approach to rapid weight-loss and the relief of PMS and menopausal symptoms. She has a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Care, allowing for a compassionate coaching style while guiding clients to effectively reach their goals so they can become the absolute best version of themselves.

Jen Lutes 

As CEO and Executive Director at Cornerstone Assistance Network North Central Texas, Jen Lutes’ non- profit helps families in momentary and perpetual cycles of financial need. Located in Prosper, Cornerstone NCT helps neighbors to look beyond today’s crisis to develop strategies that will empower them for a lifetime. Jen has grown the startup to a successful organization with an annual budget of over $650,000.

Tiffany Bellino 

Tiffany is owner of The Neathery Estate, a bed and breakfast nestled in the historic district of McKinney.  In November 2016, Tiffany opened the bed and breakfast after years of being with Intercontinental Hotels.  The bed & breakfast was named the #1 Hotel in McKinney in 2019 and 2020.  Described as a true, Southern hospitality experience, The Neathery Estate offers all- inclusive amenities such as organic spa products and a fully stocked vintage bar.

Angela Poen 

Angela Poen is President and CEO of Community Garden Kitchen of Collin County which she opened in February 2014. The goal of the Community Garden Kitchen is to take significant strides to end hunger all over Collin County. Angela’s vision is to offer a center of hope and compassion, ensuring that no one in the Collin County community suffers the fear and distress of food insecurity. Their nutritious meals are served in a safe, welcoming place.

Stephanie Pickles

 Rachel Ralston 

Rachel Ralston has been the practice administrator at the Dermatology Center of McKinney since it opened in 2008.  She resides in McKinney with her husband, Dr. James Ralston, and their three children.  She volunteers in the community and loves to help people discover their family history in spare time.

Stephanie Talley 

Stephanie came to McKinney by way of Utah and norther California.  She is known for teaching critical thinking skills to children at Academics+. She has owned Academics+ since 2015 and thoroughly enjoys making a difference in the lives of her students.  

Cherye Walker – Owner of Griffin Jewelers

Cherye, is the owner of Griffin Jewelry, located in McKinney. Her family has owned the business since 1985. Griffin Jewelers was honored as the recipient of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year in 2019. Cherye attributes their success to her dedicated staff, very loyal customers and friends, and continually introducing the latest trends in jewelry and new ways to market it.

Jennifer Wischnewsky – CBD Plus

Jennifer opened three CBD Plus USA stores at the end of 2019.  Each store offers a variety of CBD products, including isolates, broad-spectrum, and full-spectrum Phyto cannabinoids.  Each offers differing levels of benefits and contains varying levels of Phyto cannabinoids.  CBD isolate or cannabidiol, is a nutritional supplement show to heal existing cells and promote the growth of new cells.  Jennifer’s stores are tastefully decorated with a cozy seating area and a clean simplistic style.
