A proud 7th-generation Texan, I’ve called Celina home for the past 10 years, alongside my husband, Nate, and our two boys, Cooper (14) and Sutton (12). Growing up, I moved around a lot, so finding a place to plant roots was important. Celina captured my heart with its sense of community, and I love that my boys, now in 6th and 8th grades, still have friendships that began at Celina Christian Preschool.
My passion for photography began when Cooper was born. I bought my first camera and taught myself the craft through trial and error. While working in banking, I spent evenings and weekends building my portfolio. When we moved to Celina in 2014, I offered unique mini-sessions to meet new clients and friends, and my business quickly took off. It wasn’t long before I transitioned into full-time photography, leaving the corporate world behind.
When I’m not behind the camera capturing families, kiddos, cheer squads, football teams, and Santa Claus, I’m cheering on the Wierick boys in their activities. I also stay busy by managing a successful aesthetics practice in Dallas two days a week. Juggling multiple roles has been my norm for years, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Celina isn’t just where I live—it’s where I’ve built a life I love, surrounded by amazing people and friends.
