From all walks of life, these are men working to positively impact their community.

Randy Reider - As the 2nd generation owner of Garwood’s Jewelers, many have stopped in to meet the man behind the mustache. Randy took over the store in 1993 from his father Earl Reider, and has been the face of Garwood’s Jewelers ever since, promoting honesty and fair values through his work. You may catch this famous face at the local CSU basketball games, or see the Garwood’s name promoting many local festivities around the Fort Collins area.

Mark Koepsell - Mark is a visionary leader who establishes operational excellence for organizations.  In 2015 he transitioned to the medical aesthetic marketplace and has expanded the breadth and scope of Xanadu Med Spa from a staff of four to twenty providing over one hundred individual client services.  In January he moved Xanadu to a larger space allowing for expanded services.  Mark also serves as the Board President for Hope Lives! non-profit, helping women actively battling breast cancer.

Logan Ammirati - Logan is owner of Tundra Fitness. Offering elite-level personal training and nutrition coaching to the people of Northern Colorado, he has a goal to educate and motivate as many people as possible, by doing whatever it takes. Encouraging a mentality of consistency and determination, he believes people can enhance their daily lives by improving their overall quality of health. Utilizing Tundra Fitness and sincere motivation, he works to be a part of his community’s lifestyle journey.

Brian Rohrick - Dr. Brian has a passion for all things health and wellness. He loves teaching people simple ways to improve the state of their health and how they can take a more natural approach to their health goals. His specialty is in family wellness - providing care for all ages. His inspiration grew exponentially after having kids. He aspires to help change future generations to be healthier, have less stress and anxiety, and enjoy staying active for long, vibrant lives.

Curt Bear - Curt is the Founder of LoCo Think Tank, a homegrown small business peer advisory model founded in 2014, which has grown to 10 local chapters.  LoCo chapters bring small business leaders together to learn from one another, with each chapter facilitated by a local high-achieving business veteran and featuring regular topical experts.  Curt is also the host of The LoCo Experience podcast, featuring long-form interviews with inspiring business and community leaders.

Laird Mulderink - Laird is a Colorado native, married with three children. He’s been in the brewing industry for 15 years, driven by the collaboration, comradery, and community aspects of the craft beer industry. Bringing SweetWater to Colorado he intends to add to the environmental texture of the Northern Colorado craft beer landscape by joining others around us doing great things such as cleanups, fundraisers and more in support of our environment.

Dave Clark - Dave is executive producer and owner of Candlelight Dinner Playhouse, a role he took on in 2010, after working with his family business, Clark Construction for 40 years. Since taking over management of the Candlelight, the business has grown into a thriving and vibrant theatre organization with 5 shows per year, and additional concerts and charity benefits. Some of their favorite benefactors are Realities for Children and the USO.

Bradley Reider - Like his father, Bradley started at Garwood’s Jewelers while in junior high as an apprentice bench jeweler. Over the years, he’s taken multiple classes through New Approach School for Jewelers and GRS Training Center. Keeping to family tradition, Brad works right beside his father as our second in-house jeweler and future 3rd generation owner of Garwood’s Jewelers, his kids exploring our store with the same wonder as their father and grandfather once did.

Daniel Meador - Daniel is a Northern Colorado native who loves sports, working out, and camping. His mission is to make an impact on the people around him, whether helping them towards bettering themselves in a health-related way or just making them smile with a silly joke. He strives to impact everyone he meets in a positive way, help people live up to their potential, and enjoys helping his community stay active, healthy and enjoying all the activities Colorado has to offer.

Jason Eichel -  As a busy father, professional and business owner, Jason is able to see the community through different lenses than many. Jason’s expertise spans two decades in audio production and IT infrastructure and as the co-publisher of Fort Collins Lifestyle Magazine. Sharing his passion for the arts through Higher Ground Rehearsal Studio and investing his energy to help local businesses scale and modernize has been a recipe for success that he hopes to continue producing.
