Pre-entry Climate Control
Mercedes makes it easy for you to plan ahead so that your entire trip is spent in ultimate comfort. You can precondition the cabin comfort while the EQS is plugged in before you even enter. The start time and settings for the climate control, along with activation of seat heating or available ventilation, can be preselected via controls in the cabin or turned on via the Mercedes me connect app on your smartphone. An added bonus is that by preconditioning as the car is charging, you can extend your driving range once you're on your way!
If you choose the optional Energizing Air Control Plus feature, the cabin air can even be pre-purified.
Dual-zone Automatic Climate Control
We all have our individual preferences when it comes to temperature settings, and Mercedes has accommodated for this by providing separate left and right digital temperature controls, allowing the driver and front passenger to enjoy personalized comfort. In addition to fully automatic or manual control of blower speed and airflow distribution, the system senses humidity and windshield fogging.
