Q: What does your perfect staycation day look like?
A: I'd start with a morning walk around Riverview Lake before breakfast at La Plancha. Then I'd head across the street to Taroko Sports before spending the afternoon poolside. A Ponche Vida cocktail, chips and salsa from The Curve, plenty of sunshine, and a Dive-In Movie to end the day is pretty hard to beat.

My favorites include the Big Benny from La Plancha, Bourbon Glazed Pork Belly from STATS Bar & Grill, and the Aperol Who cocktail from The Curve.
