My life is consumed with fitness seven days a week: teaching spin, boot camp, circuit style fitness classes and personal training. I pretty much live out of my gym bag. My full-size duffle holds extras of everything in case I forget something, like sneakers (yes, it happens) and has a separate compartment for sweaty clothes. I also throw in soap, lotion, shampoo and a fresh shirt for after the workouts. Here’s what I recommend:
