Rosemary Grapefruit Spritzer
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup fresh rosemary
1 cup water
1 cup sweetener
120 ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
2 cups sparkling water
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Add rosemary, water and sweetener to a small saucepan
-Stir to dissolve sweetener
-Leave on a very light boil (barely bubbling) for 5 minutes
-Remove from heat, cover, and let steep for 30 mins
-Set aside to cool
-Add 1/4 cup of squeezed grapefruit juice and 1/8 cup of rosemary syrup to an ice-filled glass
-Top with sparkling water
-Garnish and serve
Lemon Lime Mocktail
INGREDIENTS:
1 whole lime
1 whole lemon
handful of fresh mint
2 8oz cups
2 cups of water
3 tsp honey or agave nectar (1 1/2 tsp per cup)
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Fill two 8oz glasses with crushed ice and add 1 1/2 tsp of honey or agave nectar
-Cut your lemon and limes in half. Use the juice of half the lemon and half the lime in each glass. (This is tart, so if you are not a fan, you may want to cut this portion to meet your needs)
-Once you have added your lemon and lime juice, add in your fresh mint and a couple of lemon and lime slices
-Once you have your lemon and lime juices, add in fresh or sparkling water to fill the rest of the glass
-Use a spoon and stir the mocktail until the honey or nectar is combined
Orange Moscow Mule
INGREDIENTS:
juice of one whole orange
1 cup of ice
6.8 oz bottle ginger beer
fresh mint leaves for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Slice the orange is quarters, cut two slices and set aside for garnish
-Juice the remaining half of the orange and place in copper mug (or any glass)
-Fill the glass to the top with ice
-Add the ginger beer and garnish with orange slices and mint leaves
