In business and even in your personal life your ability to allocate your time is key to maintaining your relationships. From an accounting perspective, we call this “time value of money.” Specifically, the process in making decisions by monetarily measuring how you allocate efforts towards circumstances that yield a profit and those that do not. But how do you convey your understanding of this to new acquaintances? The business answer is to add style to your image by adding a timepiece. This demonstrates to others that you care about your time, you are scheduled, and/or that you can be consistent/reliable.
