Montessori Education: Leadership, Learning, and Success

A science-backed approach to lifelong learning, confidence, and success

What inspired you to start this private school?

Educational leadership is key to improving education and fostering student success. As a Montessori educator, I focus on child and adolescent development, the science of learning, and best practices for growth. Founding a Montessori school has been a privilege, allowing me to work with a dedicated community of teachers and assistants committed to serving students.

How does Montessori support student success?

Montessori is scientifically proven, over 100 years strong, and rooted in neuroscience. Certified Montessori teachers are trained in executive function, emotional intelligence, and child development. Research shows Montessori students develop higher confidence, social skills, critical thinking, and academic achievement. Students with unique abilities often see remarkable growth in self-regulation, literacy, math, and problem-solving. Montessori surpasses traditional education in every way.

What advice do you have for parents?

Start Montessori early—it’s the best gift for your child! If starting later, trust the process, support their teacher, and choose a school that stays true to Montessori principles. Ensure teachers are Montessori-trained. Be cautious of schools that neglect reading and math in early education.

What’s one thing more people should know?

Executive function training is essential! Montessori preserves a child’s love of learning, guiding them to discover their true calling.
