Summertime calls for late nights around the fire, sharing stories with family and friends all while enjoying a melted, messy and delicious s'more treat. Whether it's by the campfire, in a milkshake or a new cupcake creation, a s'more is a fun treat that never gets old. If you don't want your enjoyment of marshmallow, chocolate and graham cracker goodness to end with summer, here is a fun and simple way to make sure you can enjoy a s'more treat no matter what season it is.
Ingredients
—2 cups milk chocolate morsels
—1 tablespoon coconut oil
—1 cup mini marshmallows (cut in half)
—1 cup crushed graham crackers
—Pampered Chef snack bar maker
Directions
1. Place chocolate morsels and coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on "high" for 2 minutes, stopping every 30 seconds to stir.
2. Drop 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate into the wells of the Pampered Chef snack bar maker. Smooth out chocolate with the back of the spoon.
3. Add marshmallows and graham crackers to each well. Cover with lid and place in freezer for 15 minutes.
4. Pop out each snack bar and enjoy!
