At each Full Moon Pickin’ Party, enjoy three local bands as they take the main stage throughout the evening to play a variety of bluegrass favorites in addition to covers of country songs and even a few pop and rock jams.

Bark in the Park
Dogs love music too, so be sure to bring your pup to join in on the fun at the Full Moon Pickin’ Party! Dogs are welcome to attend, but make sure they stay on a leash (no longer than six feet) at all times.

A Summer Tradition
For over 25 years the Full Moon Pickin’ Party has been one of Nashville’s most iconic summertime events, taking place right in Bellevue. This seasonal tradition brings family and friends together for a night of live music in one of Nashville’s favorite parks. Tickets are available online or at the door and includes complimentary bottled water, soft drinks, and up to three beers for adults. The Full Moon Pickin’ Parties are a way to raise funds for Friends of Warner Parks with the proceeds working to preserve and protect the beloved Percy and Edwin Warner Parks. With monthly parties taking place May through September, make sure to include a Full Moon Pickin’ Party into your summer schedule!
Impromptu Pickin’ Circles
In addition to the bands playing on the main stage, the Full Moon Pickin’ Party is known for the impromptu pickin’ circles comprised of musicians attending the event. Attendees who bring an acoustic instrument to join one of these organic jam sessions will even receive a discounted admission.
Tasty Bites at the Food Truck Court
While attendees can bring their own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages if you’re looking to get food and snacks at the party, head over to the Food Truck Court! In its own section away from the main stage, the Food Truck Court boasts loads of trucks offering a vast array of food and drinks. With everything from hot dogs and barbecue to Asian and Mediterranean dishes, there is truly something for every taste bud.
