For more than a decade, Rachael Blumberg Chiprut has been a defining force in Brentwood’s wellness community. The Northern California native is the founder of Platefit—the cult-favorite fitness program known for its signature 27-minute vibration-based workouts that strengthen, energize and detoxify the body. She has since expanded her work through a rapidly growing coaching practice, guiding clients to reconnect with themselves and heal from the inside out. “Wellness, to me, is a vibration—the energy I choose to move, breathe and live in each day,” says Chiprut.
