I am a licensed real estate advisor with John R. Wood Properties, affiliated with Gulf Coast Luxury Group, specializing in luxury residential real estate in Southwest Florida. My business falls within the luxury home sales and advisory category. I provide elevated buyer and seller representation, including strategic pricing, bespoke marketing, property sourcing, and skilled negotiation. Backed by the legacy of John R. Wood Properties and the global reach of Christie’s International Real Estate, I deliver a discreet, high-touch experience focused on protecting and enhancing my clients’ real estate investments.
How does your business connect with or contribute to the Naples community?
My business is deeply connected to the Naples community through trusted local relationships, market expertise, and a commitment to stewardship. As a real estate advisor with John R. Wood Properties and Gulf Coast Luxury Group, I work closely with local homeowners, buyers, builders, and service professionals to help preserve property values and support the long-term health of our neighborhoods. Beyond transactions, I contribute by educating clients on the Naples market, guiding responsible homeownership, and helping both seasonal and full-time residents feel confident, connected, and well cared for in the community they’ve chosen to call home.
What’s one thing you’ve learned from the Naples community that has impacted your business?
One of the most impactful lessons I’ve learned from the Naples community is that trust and reputation matter more than speed or volume. Naples clients value discretion, integrity, and long-term relationships, and that has shaped how I do business—prioritizing thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and service that extends well beyond the transaction. This community has reinforced that success here comes from being a trusted advisor, not just a volume producer.

I’m the founder of Goodwin Law, P.A., a Florida-based law firm and title company that helps individuals and families navigate some of life’s most important transitions. We fall into the “home” category in multiple ways — not only do we handle real estate transactions across the state, but we also provide comprehensive estate planning and probate administration services to help clients protect their home and legacy. On the real estate side, we manage everything from contract to closing — clearing title, managing funds, working with lenders, and resolving any legal issues that might arise. Our firm collaborates with hundreds of realtors and investors throughout Florida to ensure transactions are smooth, secure, and timely. Beyond closings, we also help people plan for the future and navigate loss. Our estate planning services include wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and strategies tailored to preserve assets and minimize risk. And when a loved one passes away, our probate administration team supports families through the legal process of settling estates — handling court filings, public notices, asset inventories, and final distributions with clarity and care. Whether you’re buying your first home, preparing a legacy for your children, or settling a family member’s estate, Goodwin Law, P.A. is built to provide smart legal guidance and peace of mind — all under one roof.
Looking ahead, what legacy do you hope to leave behind?
I want my legacy to be about building more than just a successful business — I want to be remembered for building people. For my family, that means modeling what’s possible when you take risks, bet on yourself, and lead with integrity. I want my kids to know that success isn’t about titles or money — it’s about being resilient, staying curious, and showing up for others.

What’s one thing you’ve learned from the Naples community that has impacted your business?

I own a full-service social media marketing company in Naples built on storytelling, creativity, and strong brand identity. I work with luxury and lifestyle businesses—including automotive dealerships, yachting, wellness, and artists—to bring clarity, personality, and intention to their social media presence. My approach is hands-on and highly creative, focused on making brands feel memorable, elevated, and real. I help businesses show up on social media in a way that feels confident and aligned—so the content doesn’t just perform, it reflects who they truly are.
How does your business connect with or contribute to the Naples community?
My business is deeply rooted in the Naples community because I genuinely understand the people, the lifestyle, and the standards expected here. Being local matters to me—I know what feels authentic, what resonates, and how to position brands in a way that’s both intentional and strategic. My focus is on thoughtful storytelling paired with strong visual presence, helping local brands, creatives, and businesses show up in a way that feels polished, confident, and true to who they are.
What are trends you are seeing that indicate the future of your industry?
Authenticity is going to continue paying off on social media. As audiences become more selective, they’re drawn to brands and people that feel warm, personable, and real—because that’s what builds trust and lasting growth. I foresee this trend accelerating as we’re living in a unique time where younger generations have more opportunities than ever to build wealth and step into luxury spaces earlier in life. As the audience expands, content is shifting away from overly polished imagery and toward storytelling that feels human and relatable. The accounts that succeed will be the ones confident enough to let personality lead and connect in a genuine way.

What’s one thing you’ve learned from the Naples community that has impacted your business?
Naples has shown me the value of trust and personal connection. People here appreciate professionalism, but they remember how you make them feel. That mindset has shaped the way I lead, serve clients, and build long-term relationships.
What are trends you are seeing that indicate the future of your industry?
We live in a time of “here and now.” People expect faster communication, stronger service, and a higher level of professionalism than ever before. The future belongs to businesses that are responsive, consistent, and trusted, especially when it comes to protecting one of your biggest investments: your home.
