Turn Key Women was created out of necessity. While attending networking events, the founders, Shannon Fasone and Stacey Donadio, found that the opportunities they sought weren’t materializing. As Shannon shared, "We wanted something different—more intentional and results-driven—so we built it ourselves." From the beginning, they knew a women-only event would be special. Women entrepreneurs juggle running businesses, managing households, and caring for families. "We wanted to create a space where women could connect, collaborate, and support one another without distractions or barriers," said Stacey. Turn Key Women isn’t just networking—it’s building a community of driven women who want to see each other succeed.
Shannon and Stacey draw inspiration from the women they work with—their resilience, creativity, and unwavering drive. "Women entrepreneurs wear many hats: business owners, mentors, mothers, and partners," Shannon explained. "Watching these women navigate their roles with strength fuels our passion for creating a network that supports them." Each time a meaningful connection is made at one of their events, it reminds them of why they started Turn Key Women in the first place. "When we see these connections leading to real growth, it reaffirms our mission," said Stacey.
"Monmouth women understand that success is built on relationships and collaboration," said Shannon. "Whether launching a startup, scaling a business, or pivoting into something new, women entrepreneurs in Monmouth are fearless and determined." Shannon and Stacey love being part of a community that values connection and mutual success. "It’s amazing to see how everyone lifts each other up," added Stacey.
Their involvement with Move Over Breast Cancer (MOBC) began through Lauren Farrell, one of their passionate members. "Lauren donates a portion of all sales to MOBC, and through her, we learned more about the organization’s mission," Shannon explained. "After meeting with Paula, we knew we wanted to be involved at a deeper level." Supporting breast cancer survivors and patients aligns with their goal of giving back and making a real impact on women’s lives. "Giving back is a huge part of our mission, and MOBC allows us to do just that," said Stacey.
Shannon and Stacey have an exciting lineup of upcoming events:
- June 6th: Trolley Bop Event—a fun networking experience on wheels.
- August 19th: TKW Sunset Cruise aboard the Navesink Queen—an unforgettable evening of networking on the water.
- October 7th: MOBC Event in Avon-by-the-Sea—continuing their support for this incredible organization.
"We can’t wait to bring together more amazing women, create lasting connections, and make a difference in the community!" Shannon and Stacey both agreed.
