Cocktail ~ Lock Jaw (Glenmorangie X Scotch Whisky, Benedictine, Drambuie, Lemon Juice, Honey Simple Syrup, Ginger Wort, spritz with Laphroaig Scotch Whisky).

Appetizer ~ The Mountain Man Feast (A carnivore heaven...Over 2 1/2 pounds premium meats..featuring Honey Smoked Salmon, German-style Meatballs, Bourbon-glazed, Bacon-Wrapped Bison Tenderloin, Prime Sirloin, Bone-In Chicken Wings, New Zealand Lamb Lollipops, Cheddar & Jalapeno Bison Sausage, and Candied Bacon.) *serve 2 to 4

Salad ~ Ahi Tuna Salad Sesame (Flash-seared, Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna Steak, Mandarin Oranges, Crisp Snap Peas, Watermelon Radish, Wonton Strips, House Peanut Dressing and Wasabi dollop)

From Left:

#2 ~ Mill Old Fashioned
2 oz Elijah Craig Single Barrel Bourbon
.25 oz Housemade Sugar Beet Gum Syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

Pour all over ice. Strain. Garnish orange peel and Amerena cherry.

#4 ~ Dry Ice
1.5 oz Banhez Mezcal
.25 Zirbenz Alpine Liqueur
1 oz Housemade Blueberry Rosemary Syrup
.75 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime

Combine all ingredients into a shaker and shake for 30 seconds,

Garnish with a Rosemary Sprig.

#7 ~ Summer Sunset Sangria

1 oz Grey Goose Strawberry Lemongrass Vodka
.25 oz Gran Marnier
.5 oz Simple Syrup
.75 Guava Puree
.25 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon
2 oz Riesling
2 oz Prosecco

* Garnish with dehydrated Blood Orange
