January - time for a "clean slate."  Previous periods of indulgence can lead to diminished vitality.   You periodically change the oil in your car. Consider how "clogged up" your detox pathways may be.

Chemicals - including pesticides, plastics and fragrances - affect every body system. Studies link toxins to rising rates of autism, disruption of hormones, digestion, brain function, sleep and metabolism.

Here are three simple ways to help support your body’s natural detox pathways this month:
• Hydrate deeply: Aim for half your body weight in ounces of filtered water daily.
• Sweat regularly: Movement, sauna, or brisk walks help eliminate toxins through the skin.
• Eat detox-friendly foods: Cruciferous vegetables (like broccoli), asparagus and garlic support cleansing.

Sleep, energy, and weight regulation often improve when detox pathways are supported. Hormones rebalance.  Clarity—mental and emotional—can follow.  Depending on the severity of toxicity, you may notice improvement with a few adjustments.  Simple, non-invasive assessments can determine what level of toxicity you may be facing.

At my new office at Club Synergie, schedule a visit for your complimentary toxicity assessment and discover customized programs.  And if you’re thinking of having a baby, consider a customized detox before you conceive.  The rates of autism alone have gone from 1 in 1000 in 1980’s to 1 in 31 in 2022!

Prioritize your wellbeing as much as your vehicles!  Your body knows how to heal—sometimes it just needs a little help.
