I’ve always been an athlete. Growing up in England, I played sports and without two wonderful and dedicated parents, competing wouldn’t have been possible. Cricket and rugby were played in my youth. I started golf at age 16. I knew if I could get to a high level, I’d be able to attend University in America on a scholarship. I got down to a scratch handicap within a year and went to Clayton State University in 2016 on a Golf Scholarship. My time there was incredible. I learned so much moving away from home to America. I graduated on the Presidential academic honors role and captained the Clayton State team my senior year. I proudly turned professional in 2021. I competed on the main UK Tour for 3 years, balancing part time work on the side to help fund my professional endeavors. Tragically in 2023, my father suddenly passed away. With the shock of such a loss to our family, my golf took a back seat in order to grieve with my Mum and brother. My Dad was my biggest fan. He knew as well as I do, there are no limits for me in the game and with dedication to my craft anything is possible. We were incredibly close and I know that he’s still cheering me on in my pursuit to greatness in the game of golf.
In fall of 2023 I met my girlfriend Lilly whilst traveling to Atlanta for a close friend's wedding. Her family has been Roswell residents for over 25 years including members at the beautiful Country Club of Roswell. This has been such a blessing to me. My girlfriend’s family have been the most loving, supportive people introducing me to many wonderful residents of Willow Springs and countless members of CCR. This season has been possible because of these people. A group of members at CCR named "The Big Rich Group" have invested in my season to help fund my early career and dream. I’ve also been lucky enough to receive funding support from other residents of Willow Springs. I competed in the final stage for British Open qualifying this summer at Royal Cinque Ports Golf Club in Sanwich, England. Names such as US Open Champion Graame McDowell, Brandon Grace and Thomas Detry were also competing. It was amazing to have a Country Club of Roswell logo "Jumper" to keep me warm that week and feel like I was representing the Club.
Any investment or sponsorship goes towards Tournament Entry fees, travel and accommodations. The generosity that I’ve received from people I’ve only just been lucky enough to meet has been incredible and frankly such a shock. This community is special and I’m so lucky to be here. I have big dreams and aspirations in golf, I look forward to giving back to the community in every way I can along this journey. For my dream to become a reality, I need continued support, whether financial, or connections that can take me one step closer to dominating on the PGA Tour and beyond.
Support is so important in any professional golfer's pursuits. Tournaments are expensive, but are an integral part of making it to the next level. In my experience, the great thing about finding investors is that it creates more of a team environment. I know people are in my corner backing me to be successful, now it's time to take care of business on the course. That’s thrilling for me because I can bring people along the way with me.
