Noble Springs Dairy is a family-owned, Grade A Goat Dairy and Artisanal Goat Cheese making operation. Run by Dustin and Justyne Noble, the farm is located only six miles from downtown Franklin, sitting on over two-hundred acres of land. Growing up in Williamson County, Dustin’s Tennessee roots run deep. He met his wife, Justyne, in a very full-circle way — through their love for goats! In 2003, the pair both attended the American Dairy Goat Association show in Des Moines, Iowa. A few years later, Justyne left her small town in Kansas for Tennessee.
"We both grew up around farm animals and got our first goats as children," Justyne shares. "As our passion for [them] grew, we each began traveling nationwide to show our goats — which is how we first crossed paths. We both love the [them] and since we shared the same hobby, we [dreamt] of a way to turn our hobby into a business. When we moved to the farm, we always intended for it to be a place people could come to learn about agriculture, enjoy the outdoors, and get a chance to see — firsthand — how awesome goats are."
Raising over one-hundred-fifty goats, every drop of milk that’s produced on their farm is derived from the natural forages that their goats enjoy on the farm. Their cheeses have distinct flavor, due to the unlimited pasture grazing and special care our animals receive.
Offering an array of cheeses fresh from their farm, their products are currently available at numerous retail locations and restaurants in the Greater Nashville Area.
Each and every animal on their farm has a name, a personality, and a place in their family. At Noble Springs Dairy, their goats browse along their rolling pastures at their leisure. Dustin and Justyne have over forty combined years of experience in providing exceptional care to dairy goats and strongly believe quality milk comes from healthy, happy animals. The happiness and well-being of their goats remain their number one priority. Offering farm tours, visitation with their baby goats, private events, and more, Noble Springs Dairy has become more than just a farm, but a beloved part of the community.
"One of our favorite traditions is opening our doors to visitors on the Friday and Saturday following Thanksgiving," Justyne shares. "It’s fun to see groups that want to show their guests our farm because it’s special to them, too."
