On our first evening, we enjoyed a Ten Course Omakase at Nobu Los Cabos Restaurant. The restaurant overlooks the azure waters of the Sea of Cortez, offering diners spectacular views that enhance the overall experience. The design of the restaurant reflects a blend of contemporary elegance and traditional Japanese aesthetics.
The menu at Nobu Los Cabos showcases a diverse array of dishes that highlight the chef's signature style. Guests can expect to find a
range of innovative sushi and sashimi options, each meticulously
crafted with the freshest ingredients. One of the standout dishes is
the Black Cod Miso, a signature creation that has earned iconic status among Nobu’s offerings. We fell in love with the Wagyu Hot Rock, and ventured back to have it every night of our stay. Other must-try dishes include the Yellowtail Jalapeño and the Rock Shrimp Tempura.
In addition to its exceptional food, Nobu Los Cabos is also known for
its impressive cocktail and sake selection. The restaurant’s skilled
mixologists craft a variety of signature cocktails that perfectly
complement the flavors of the dishes. The cocktail menu features both classic and innovative concoctions, ensuring that there’s something for every palate.
The Pools at Nobu Los Cabos are expansive and comfortable. The Main Resort pool has a 20 person Jacuzzi as well as a swim up bar. There is an Adult Pool that offers tranquility and great service below the Main Restaurant. The staff is highly trained and attentive, ensuring that each guest feels special and well cared for. Whether it’s a romantic dinner for two or a celebratory gathering with friends and family.
