Adam and Heather Stacoviak along with their family, Eric and Katrina Dobbs, are now at the helm of NOMAD Tiny Homes–a beloved custom tiny home builder–right here in Dripping Springs. Over the past seven years, NOMAD has built more than 100 tiny homes for our nearby neighbors.
The Stacoviaks’ journey began as a dream during a remote tiny home getaway in 2021. Captivated by the peace, quiet, and simplicity, they envisioned sharing this serene experience with more people.
In 2023, they acquired NOMAD and relocated to a new warehouse on Bell Springs Road. Adam shares, “I love the entrepreneurial spirit and the amazing community here in Dripping Springs. Having a like-minded community that’s willing to show up and support our efforts has been so important to us.”
