The end of the year and the holiday season is full of special occasions and traditions, as well as unique stressors. With so many activities involving food and drinks, it can be easy to
overindulge.
As the new year rolls in, many decide it is now time to commit or recommit to a healthier lifestyle, but are unsure what steps to actually take. Getting more exercise? Making changes in nutrition? It can be difficult to orient to a starting point or plan with so much information available. I have two guiding principles:
1. The best nutrition plan or workout program is the one that you will stick to!
2. You can’t out-train a bad diet - nutrition is key!
