Epiphany Cathedral Catholic School is on the rise! Founded in 1959, the PreK-8th grade school ‘provides excellence in education, which nurtures a loving relationship with God and builds a caring community that serves others.’ This mission is founded on the school’s Three Crowns: Academic, Character, and Spirituality.
“We are getting lots of inquiries from parents who want a safer learning environment for their kids,” explains Leah Mihm, Director of Development. “We navigated Covid exceptionally well with zero cases among our faculty and staff. We are proud of our excellent teachers and high quality educational programs, and we are very excited to welcome back Nicole Loseto as our principal. She had been sent to rejuvenate a different Catholic grade school—which she did—and is now implementing new programs here, including high school credit for math and Spanish.”
The school’s enrollment period is always open, and Leah invites parents to call and schedule a tour. Epiphany Cathedral Catholic School’s academics are matched by its attention to the arts and athletics, resulting in a well-rounded education.
“The excitement is building and building here,” Leah says.
On April 16th, the school will hold its annual major fundraiser, the Epiphany Gala, at the Plantation Golf & Country Club, with dinner, dancing, and live and silent auctions. The Shining Star Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented, with this year’s recipients being Joyce and Troy Sacco, who are featured on the following page. The award recognizes those who have built an enduring legacy at the parish and school through a lifetime of service and dedication to Catholic education.
