James and his wife, Michelle, are true experts in tractors and lawn equipment. Co-worker, Karen Derksen, explains, “James and Michelle will often take the time – they call it ‘giving school’ – to go to people’s houses and they show them how to [operate their equipment]. They’ll stay there as long as they need.” It really adds that “personal touch” to their business.
Going to customers' houses doesn’t happen all the time but with larger tractors or equipment, they are excited to be a help to the community they truly love and admire.
