Oreo Cheesecake Cookies

Want to impress your guests this holiday season or are you looking for a new cookie swap recipe? Try out my show-stopping Oreo Cheesecake Cookie recipe! This recipe makes about two dozen cookies. Enjoy!

What you will need: 

- 8oz cream cheese

- 1 stick of soft butter

- 2 cups of flour

- 1 1/2 cups of sugar     

- 2 cups of chocolate chips

- 20 Oreo cookies ​crushed up (big pieces)        

Instructions: 

1.  In a large bowl place the cream cheese, butter, and sugar, then beat until smooth.

2. Slowly add in the flour. Once added, take the crushed Oreo cookie pieces and chocolate chips and fold into mixture. 

3. Place the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes. 

4. Preheat the oven to 350'F.

5. Take the dough from the fridge, use a spoon to scoop the dough into small balls. Place them onto a cookie sheet. Then, use the spoon to slightly flatten them.

6. Bake for approximately 14-16 minutes.
