1. Sunset at Dox, Island Park- Waterfront tables, lawn games for the kids, those colorful Adirondack chairs, and dinner in baskets while the sky goes pink. You can even pull the boat right up to the dock. Our happy place!
2. Walt Itgen's in Rockville Centre. After playground adventures at the RVC Rec Center, we love to enjoy this old-fashioned parlor. It’s pure nostalgia: homemade scoops, towering sundaes, gelato, the works. We've somehow turned "just one cone" into a full-blown family tradition.
3. The Marine Nature Study Area, Oceanside. Fifty-two acres of salt marsh and elevated trails right in our backyard! We spot ospreys, peek at the touch tanks, and let the kids run wild in nature.
4. Sun and Sand at Long Beach. Two-plus miles of ocean breeze with the whole crew rolling along and nothing but blue water beside you.
5. Concerts at Jones Beach Amphitheatre. Our love of music has us showing up for all types of music, because nothing beats live performances, an ocean breeze, and good vibes.
