Our Future Leaders

Leadership Johns Creek, a prominent leadership development organization with a 13-year history in Johns Creek, is delighted to announce the successful graduation of 20 participants from its recent Leadership Launch program, held recently. This transformative program equips individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to become effective leaders in their workplace and community.

Leadership Johns Creek congratulates the 20 graduates for their unwavering commitment to personal and professional development. The organization anticipates witnessing the positive impact these emerging leaders will make on the Johns Creek community and beyond. 

The graduates are: Ingrid Parham, Cindy Lamb, Lori Lahmann-Scullion, Sarah Elizabeth Wolfe, Hannah Lampron, Brenda Delibero, Pam Sutton, Mary Jo Jennette, Michelle Pirkle, Theresa Hunsucker, Tricia Quidley, Kevin Wallace, Olivia Gazda, Sarah Lewis, David Capparelli, Rajkumar Sekar, Rick Croteau, Valencie Renfro, Sid Balaga, and Alex Davidovich. These individuals represent many of the respected businesses including Fulton County Schools, Alcon – Johns Creek, and the City of Johns Creek.

The comprehensive program, held over three days, featured a diverse range of activities and training sessions:

Day 1 

  • Introduction of Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce by CEO Robin Buckley
  • Leadership Training conducted by facilitator Richard Pelay

Day 2  

  • School Leadership Discussion at Chattahoochee High School featuring Dr. Michael Todd, Principal; Brian Downey, Fulton County Superintendent and School Board Member Kristin McCabe
  • Meet leaders from Emory Johns Creek Hospital
  • DiSC training with facilitator Richard Pelay

Day 3 

  • History of Johns Creek presented by Joan Compton, President of the Johns Creek Historical Society
  • Meeting with elected officials including Mayor John Bradberry and Councilman Bob Erramilli
  • Tour of Johns Creek City Hall to learn more about the various departments including stormwater, economic development, and police and fire
  • Graduation at Six Bridges Brewing, where several Leadership Johns Creek alumni members were present
