Exploring Fort Worth’s Brunch Scene, One Delicious Bite at a Time

Ascension Coffee: Known for their responsibly sourced specialty coffee, Ascension Coffee offers the perfect Weekend Brunch from 6:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Ascension Coffee offers a new spin on classic brunch dishes such as a house-cured salmon benedict, a spiced sweet potato pancake, and churro French toast. Other highlights include a slow bar for a handcrafted pour over experience with globally sourced coffee beans, an espresso martini flight, and house-made buttermilk biscuits. Located on the Trinity River, there are beautiful views from both the patio and indoor seating areas. 

Brewed: Near Southside, Brewed offers tasty food, a cozy atmosphere, and a comfortable gathering space. Affectionately known as the “Locals Living Room,” Brewed is the perfect spot to gather, devour brunch, and enjoy craft drinks. Open daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. (with happy hour every day from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.), the all-day brunch menu features NOLA Bread Pudding French Toast, Low Country Shrimp + Grits, and their own take on a Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit.

Press Café: Located on the Trailhead at Clearfork, Weekend Brunch is served at Press Café on Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. With a selection of classic beverages, specialty coffee, coffee cocktails, and mocktails, and food favorites like avocado toast, wagyu burger, egg in a hole, and artisanal salads, there is no wrong choice at Press Café! Close to the Trinity Trail, this beloved Fort Worth brunch destination is a perfect way to end a morning on the trails or simply catch up with friends.
