It’s especially strong, even for our area. Our structures feature cement block, rebar and poured concrete into the block. The homes are silent inside like bunkers but offer so much natural light because of they are fitted throughout with hurricane doors and windows. Panacea will be a safe place to be in any weather.”
Panacea includes cutting-edge technology, such as its proprietary SUBER natural cork exterior coating system. Greenacre is the only licensed builder in the US to use the new product. It controls the homes' temperature and sound, is UV-resistant, deters insects and mold, and is impervious to rain, an ideal building material for the tropics. A special wall substrate, Glass Mat, is installed beneath the SUBER cork finish for additional protection from the elements.
