Inside Reine Cook's journey creating a Pilates studio that strengthens body, mindset, and connection

Reine Cook had always believed she was the architect of her own destiny, happiness, and fulfillment. As a full-time Human Resources Operations Manager, devoted wife to Levi, and mother to their ten-year-old son, she prioritized family, career, and her health. So when her experience at a local Pilates studio fell short of expectations, she didn’t settle.

“I’ve always known I wanted to start my own business, but nothing ever fully held my attention, until Pilates. It was the one challenge I never walked away from. It pushed me in a way that felt both physical and mental, and I kept coming back to it”. She also emphasized the importance of leading by example for her son, saying, “I wanted my son to find his passion and not be afraid to take risks. I wanted him to know that he could go after what he loves and that I’ll always be his biggest supporter,” Reine states.
