Monday, May 12 – Luke’s Wings Heroes Golf Classic. The tournament will be held at TPC Potomac at Avenel Farm. Luke’s Wings’ mission is to provide complimentary airfare to wounded, ill, and injured service members, Veterans, first responders, and their families throughout their recovery and rehabilitation.

Friday, May 16 – Black Eyed Susan Day, Pimlico Racecourse, Baltimore. The 101st running of the 1 1/8-mile fixture for 3-year-old fillies will take center stage as the highlight of a sensational 14-race program.

Saturday, May 17 – Preakness Stakes – 150th Anniversary. Pimlico Racecourse, Baltimore. Attend the event that  this annual part of the Triple Crown competition for equestrian breeders, trainers, jockeys and enthusiasts alike.

Sunday, May 18 – Potomac Hunt Races- Bittersweet Field, Partnership Road Poolesville, MD.

The Potomac Hunt Races is an annual steeplechase race hosted in Poolesville. Multiple races run throughout the day and horses jump timber and brush fences. This family friendly event incorporates other activities including mounted police demonstrations, a Kid Zone, and Vendor Village for shopping and dining.
