After Rex and Jennifer Hudler welcomed their son, Cade Hudler, their family’s journey became the foundation for something bigger: Team Up For Down Syndrome.
Today, Team Up continues to make an impact by supporting individuals with Down syndrome, people with special needs, and the families who walk beside them.
Their work helps create meaningful support in areas such as:
• Housing
• Health
• Education
• Job training
• Family counseling
• Recreation and social connection
• Community awareness
As we prepare for the Prevail Together 6th Annual Charity Golf Tournament, we are honored to collaborate with Rex, Jennifer, and Team Up For Down Syndrome.
