Convenient Time Block: Parties are booked in a generous 2-hour time block. This reservation also includes an extra 15 minutes before for decorating and 15 minutes after for clean-up, totaling 2.5 hours of access.

To ensure your party receives our full attention, all parties are exclusively held on Sundays. Since The Hive operates as a bustling drop-in childcare center throughout the week (Monday through Saturday), reserving Sundays guarantees you the complete private birthday party rental experience.
We are proud to say we do not limit the number of children you can invite—because the more the merrier! However, due to fire code regulations, the total number of people (children and adults combined) at your party is limited to 45 guests.
Key Rules for a Smooth Event
To maintain a safe and fun environment for everyone, we have a few simple rules:
No Shoes: The Hive is a shoeless facility, so all guests—including adults—must remove their footwear upon entering.
No NUTS, Alcohol, or Red Juice: To protect children with allergies, we strictly prohibit all nut-containing products. Alcohol and red juice are also not permitted.
Food Safety: While outside food and cake are welcome (we can even store your cake in a refrigerator), no food or drinks are allowed on the play structure, and we are unable to heat any food items.
Waivers are Required: For safety and liability, we require a signed liability waiver for every child present at the location. Please inform parents of this requirement ahead of time.
Decorate and Tidy Up: You are welcome to decorate, provided all items are removable and won't damage the facility. We ask that you ensure the area is tidy and all trash and decorations are removed before you leave.
