Prospector Ranch partnered with James Storehouse to host their first ever Fall Family Fair on September 28th! James Storehouse is a local nonprofit organization that helps children "from cribs to college" within a wide demographic—children in foster care, youth aging out of foster care, children who have been commercially sexually exploited, children "at-risk" of removal, and all their caregiving families.
James Storehouse hosted their Fall Family Fair in partnership with the Mark and Jacob Iskander Foster Care Ministry to provide a fun event for foster families and their children. There were numerous games where children were able to win and collect prizes, a petting zoo where they could pet and feed different farm animals, a DJ with a dance floor to get all their wiggles out, a catered dinner from Stonefire Grill for everyone, and Western-themed cookies to take home as a sweet treat. Caregivers and their children enjoyed themselves, and there were so many smiles shared throughout the evening! Prospector Ranch, a local guest ranch and event space, was happy to be able to host it for the community.
