For You: Pumpkin Oreo Pie
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 can pumpkin pie filling
1/2 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
Oreo pie crust, pre-made
4-6 crushed Oreos
Whipped topping
Directions
1. Prepare the Oreo pie crust as directed.
2. In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together.
3. Layer the cream cheese mixture into the pre-made Oreo pie crust. Let set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
4. In a separate mixing bowl, blend pumpkin pie filling and pumpkin spice.
5. Layer it on top of the cream cheese mixture.
6. Pipe or spread the whipped topping on top of the pie.
7. Garnish with crushed Oreos on top.

For Fido: Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cookies
Yields approx. 50 cookies
Ingredients
3 cups garbanzo bean flour
1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 1/2 tablespoons gluten-free egg substitute mixed with 2 1/2 tablespoons warm water
1/2 cup organic canned pumpkin puree (no sugar added)
1/2 cup organic peanut butter (no sugar added)
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoons dehydrated pork liver
1/2 cup water
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, add flour, cinnamon and dehydrated pork liver. Mix until ingredients are well blended.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together gluten-free egg substitute and 2 1/2 tablespoons water until completely blended with no lumps.
4. Add 1/2 cup water, honey, pumpkin and peanut butter to egg substitute mixture and combine until fully mixed.
5. Using a wooden spoon, fold egg mixture into flour. Mix until dough is formed.
6. Divide dough into four sections. Lightly flour the counter and rolling pin using extra garbanzo bean flour. Form one section into a ball and begin rolling out from the center. (Put rest in the fridge while waiting)
7. Roll dough until it is 1/8 inch thick. Cut cookies with small 1-inch cookie cutter and place on baking sheet.
8. Bake for 35-40 minutes until crispy. Cool cookies on a baking rack until room temperature.
Note: Garbanzo bean flour (aka chickpea flour) is the main ingredient because it is lower in sugar than most other flours like oatmeal, wheat, barley or white potato.
