Pumpkin Bread for the Holidays

Everyone at the dinner table will be thankful for this moist bread that goes perfect with any Thanksgiving meal. Add chocolate chips, nuts or raisins to the recipe and take this treat to another level.

Turkey won’t be the star of the table after you make this!

Pumpkin Bread Recipe

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

4 eggs

1 cup vegetable oil

2/3 cup water

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups sugar

2 teaspoons baking soda

2 tablespoons pumpkin spice

Pumpkin Puree, about 1/2 can

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease bread pan.

2. Combine pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water, vanilla and sugar until well blended.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and pumpkin spice until combined.

4. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Pour batter into pan.

5. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
