More Than a Place to Gather
On any afternoon, Frontyard Brewing is filled with the sounds of a gathering: glasses clinking, children playing and neighbors lingering over conversation. Behind that welcoming atmosphere is a real purpose. The Spicewood brewery regularly uses its space and reach to support nonprofits, schools and foundations across Central Texas. By introducing guests to an organization and encouraging them to get involved, Frontyard makes giving back feel personal, approachable and rooted in the shared joy of showing up for one another.
Showing Up for Local Families
Frontyard supports organizations that care for children and families navigating uncertainty. Hopefully Sow brings love and encouragement to children in foster care, while Saint Louise House helps families move from homelessness toward independence. Foster Village meets practical needs left unaddressed by the foster care system, and CASA of Travis County gives children a dedicated advocate. Each mission is different, but all share a belief that thoughtful support, offered at the right moment, can help a family find its footing again.
Beyond the Brewery
That spirit reaches close to home. Helping Hands Crisis Ministry of Spicewood supports neighbors facing difficult circumstances and helps them work toward self-sufficiency. Highland Lakes Crisis Network connects people with help during crisis, while Lake Travis Education Foundation creates opportunities for students and educators. Frontyard’s support gives these missions a place to be seen and shared. What begins as an afternoon among friends can travel beyond the brewery, inspiring someone to donate, volunteer or become the connection a neighbor needs.
“The most meaningful gatherings do not end when the last glass is cleared. They continue long after through every donation, volunteer hour and new connection made for a neighbor who needs someone in their corner.”
