It is natural to worry about change, having the same rules and routines seem so much easier. Real Estate is changing for the better, just know mistakes will be made and corrected. No one has all the answers. Asking questions is essential. It is okay to ask why, to ask for transparency, and to ask, how do I get that information? In the end, good processes will stay the same just with more transparency and accountability. Common sense with factual data will be the driving force. There will be choices. Data can be replicated.
