Refine is a local barbershop specializing in quality cuts and any "extra" service to refine your look! They offer more than just a haircut; they offer an experience! Refine recently celebrated five years in Mount Juliet and includes hair cuts, shaves, color, threading, etc. Their mission statement sets them apart: "We aim to impact the lives of our community by giving our clients the best possible experience in a fun and relaxing atmosphere." Jennifer, the owner of Refine, opened the barbershop after her mom passed in 2016. It was in honor of her and her boyfriend, who were killed in a motorcycle accident. She chose to open a barbershop because of the banter and the laid-back atmosphere. At Refine, their goal is to focus on core values: r-relationship, e-environment, f-fun, i- integrity, n-networking, and e-excellence. Jennifer inspires her team to have an optimistic outlook, be humble, set the tone, and create an environment that is generous with recognition!
