Refresh, Renew, Reimagine

How A Parker County Irrigation & Landscape Team Transforms Yards Into Personal Outdoor Retreats

After a Texas winter—however cold or mild—spring is always a welcome sight. As the famous wildflowers begin to bloom across the state, Weatherford residents may find themselves looking for ways to spruce up their yards and create their own personal outdoor sanctuaries.

“Spring is the perfect time to refresh your outdoor spaces,” says Noah Nye, founder of Top Tier Irrigation & Landscape. “We want homeowners to love spending time outside. It’s about creating spaces that are visually stunning and practical.”

Nye’s decision to open his own irrigation and landscaping business is backed by his personal history in the field. “I grew up in a large commercial landscape office, which gave me an early understanding of the industry and what it takes to do a job right.” As a high school student, Nye spent his summers installing irrigation systems. While attending college, he worked for large irrigation and landscaping companies.

Since opening in 2020, Nye and the Top Tier team have become locally known for creating beautifully unique spaces for every client in Parker County and beyond. The team often travels to nearby communities, such as Possum Kingdom Lake, to complete custom projects for clients.

Another one of Top Tier’s specialties is rerouting irrigation systems. While Texas residents often choose to install swimming pools to beat the summer heat, this construction can require the complete redesign of a client’s irrigation system. According to Nye, “These projects often include updating landscape beds, installing sod or turf, improving drainage, and completing masonry work, bringing the entire backyard together once the pool is finished.”

Though making a yard into a relaxing retreat can be a complex process, homeowners only have to make one call to set it into motion. “We manage every phase of the project so our clients can trust that everything is handled from start to finish without needing to coordinate multiple contractors,” Nye explains.

Whether it’s a spring refresh or a full-scale landscape redesign, Top Tier’s goal is to create uniquely beautiful spaces and develop a lasting impact around the Weatherford community.

“What I enjoy most about serving Parker County is the people,” Nye shares. “The relationships built through each custom project are what truly make this work rewarding. If you have ideas for your property, we would love to come out, hear your vision, and help bring it to life.”
