Regenerate your Health

Raising the Bar for Natural Healing

In the dictionary, there is a multitude of definitions for the word regenerate.

But when a family of doctors was deciding on what to call their therapy office, the definition that best explained why they were going with “Regenerate” was “bringing forth a new and more vigorous life.”

That is the end goal for clients who come to Regenerate.

“We believe that the power that makes the body also heals the body, and we have several services to help your body heal and function the way it was designed to,” said Regenerate co-owner Dr. Chae Tracy.

Regenerate is run by Dr. Chae Tracy, his wife, Dr. Monya Tracy, and his sister, Dr. Breca Tracy. Each has their particular field of expertise that allows them to meet almost any need they are confronted with.

Chae’s primary focus is family wellness with an emphasis on the specific correction of the atlas and the body’s proper posture. Monya specializes in children’s chiropractic, and Breca is the director of science and operations at Regenerate.

“At Regenerate, we strive to provide the best customer service and care possible,” Breca said. “Our goal is to help as many people as possible, as naturally as possible. We are a results-driven business. It is our passion to help our patients achieve their goals with our services. We offer therapies and products that traditional medical offices typically do not. Your experience will be different and so will your offerings. Keeping our community healthy and happy is important.”

Chae, Breca, and Monya built Regenerate in response to the growing need for natural solutions amid the proliferation of unnatural substances being used throughout society. Regenerate was created to be a different option for those who want to live better lives.

“Let’s be honest, the soils are depleted for a number of reasons, and the grocery store looks different than when you were a kid with more processed foods and more GMOs,” Chae said. “So, at some level, you need to supplement what your body is not getting naturally. Not to mention we are not getting any younger: yes, gravity will always win. We have many age-defying and biohacking tools to help you naturally.”

Located in the thriving heart of Dripping Springs, Regenerate has been taking care of residents and visitors for the past five years.

“Who wants to fight traffic and drive to Austin when you can keep it local at Regenerate?” Chae asked. “Believe it or not, people drive out to Drip to see us instead of driving into Austin. We provide a different experience because we truly care and our patients and community are important to us.”

Originally a stem-cell center, the family-owned business made the move to provide joint therapies during the past three years.

Regenerate’s joint therapy service is a revolutionary therapy option for people suffering from inflammation, reduced mobility, sports injuries, tissue and ligament damage, or chronic pain. It is a natural, immune-evasive barrier to cushion and support damaged tissues.

Often this therapy leaves the patient feeling relief after only one injection. This cutting-edge therapy combines the best components from all the latest non-invasive therapy options into one.

According to the Tracys, Regenerate’s regenerative injectable is collected from mothers who have donated their umbilical cord tissue after delivering a child by c-section birth. Products from donated human tissue are deemed qualified for transplantation by the American Association of Tissue Banks–an accredited recovery agency used by Regenerate’s laboratory supplier.

As required by the FDA, pre-screening lab tests clear the donor as free from risk factors and active infections of applicable communicable diseases.

Along with their regenerative therapy, Regenerate’s list of services and treatments includes vitamin therapy and HydraFacial.

“We’ve added an aesthetic brand including HydraFacial, custom facials, laser resurfacing, radiofrequency (RF) microneedling, and medical-grade skin care,” Breca said. “We have also added our vitamin brand, helping people with deficiencies and providing a more bioavailable version of vitamins to our community. Additionally, we expanded into female wellness, providing options for women to help their bodies get back to functioning the way they used to, either post-delivery and/or with age. Cosmetic injections, such as fillers and Botox, are something we never considered bringing on, but as we have grown, we’ve done so to meet ongoing patient requests. We are often referred to as a one-stop shop.”

Regenerate clientele spans the spectrum. Athletes with injuries or in training, overworked and stressed parents, businesswomen and men, and teens with acne can all find the services they need.

Or as Breca describes it, the whole community.

“Serving our local community is key. Providing services our community needs is our passion,” Breca said. “You ask, we deliver. People travel from all over the country for our regenerative services, and as for our additional services we have quite a demographic of clients. We serve local athletes (middle school to adults) that might be preparing for a big game, tournament, or competition or unfortunately those that might have injured themselves. Our bodywork is always a great way to start, understanding the root of where the pain is coming from is key.”

One of the many ways the Tracys have made Regenerate stand out from the pack is their ability to custom-build treatment plans to fit each individual patient.

“We have always strived to not only be at the forefront of innovation but also convenience,” Breca said. “One of our newest services is what we categorize as bodywork. Bodywork is a culmination of therapeutic modalities that our licensed medical massage therapist utilizes to help the injured, to work out the stress, and get rid of and get to the root of chronic pain. Each client will receive a customized approach tailored to meet their needs and achieve their goals. Common things we’ve seen bodywork be effective with are plantar fasciitis, golfer’s elbow, weightlifter’s shoulder, sciatica, and frozen shoulder, to name a few. It’s also a common technique helping people with chronic tension and pain in their neck, head, and shoulders stemming from car accidents, scoliosis, stress, or overuse.”

According to Chae, it’s that ability to specifically tailor their services for each client that makes Regenerate special.

“Each person has individual goals that will be customized,” Chae said. “Some people choose health, wellness, and being proactive as a lifestyle while others choose to be reactive and just want a short-term fix to feel better. Regardless of your goals, we are here to serve you and your body’s needs.”
