Sunshine, live music, and a drink that feels like golden hour in a glass. This bright, citrusy cocktail fits right in at The Reserve on 1863, where the vibe is always relaxed and the seating is always your choice. Maybe you’re perched at a high-top watching the crowd drift in, stretched out at a picnic table with friends, or sinking into patio seating as the band tunes up for the night. Wherever you land, this floral-citrus spritz is the kind of easy, refreshing sip made for warm evenings, clinking glasses, and one-more-song energy.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. vodka
  • 3/4 oz. lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Aperol
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • Orange or lemon twist for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add vodka, lemon juice, St-Germain, Aperol, and simple syrup.
  3. Shake well until chilled and slightly frothy.
  4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with an orange or lemon twist.
  6. Enjoy!
