If you're looking to shake up your fitness routine, Heidi Morris’s Boot Camp in the Park and DeAri Loggins’ The Little Yogis Studio offer two fun and unique ways to get moving, stay healthy, and connect with others. These programs focus on both physical health and mindfulness, providing fresh and engaging experiences for everyone.
Founded in 2007, Boot Camp in the Park offers women a chance to work out outdoors in a supportive, community-building environment. Heidi Morris started the program after noticing a lack of outdoor fitness options. “I wanted to create a fun, challenging way for women to get fit,” she shared.
Held at various parks, each one-hour sessions with exercises like walking with hand weights and circuit training. With small classes and flexible scheduling, it suits all fitness levels. Heidi’s goal is to inspire a love of exercise, seen in women who’ve stayed for over a decade. Fitness field trips add variety.
The Little Yogis Studio, located in Roswell, offers more than just yoga. DeAri Loggins’ program combines movement, creativity, and mindfulness for both children and adults. With offerings in yoga, dance, musical theater, podcasting, and more, the LY Studio fosters an environment where self-expression & discovery thrive.
“We hope families leave our studio with more than skills—they leave with memories, a sense of community, and a deeper connection to themselves and one another,” said Loggins. “For children, it’s a foundation of confidence, creativity, and tools for emotional intelligence. For adults, it’s a reminder to honor play, rest, and the journey of self-growth.”
Whether you’re seeking outdoor fitness or creative exploration, these two programs provide the perfect foundation for a fresh start.
