Renters benefit from an easy-to-use interface to find kitchens that match their needs and receive support throughout the rental process. What sets Dishefs apart is our focus on a no-commission model, our use of AI to manage marketing campaigns, and our commitment to creating a seamless, secure, and supportive environment for both kitchen owners and renters. We eliminate hidden costs, allowing our users to benefit from our services without the burden of additional fees. My background in technology has played a crucial role in shaping Dishefs. With two decades of experience in managing large-scale tech projects. With experience in tech management and innovation, I was able to leverage technology to build a platform that is not only user-friendly but also highly functional and efficient. By integrating features like AI for marketing and automated processes for payments and documentation, Dishefs offers a streamlined experience that saves time and reduces hassle for users. My tech background also ensures that we can continuously innovate and improve the platform to meet the evolving needs of our community..

It's a perfect balance, combining technology with a deep understanding of the real estate market. In addition to my tech background, I am also a licensed real estate professional, which gives me insight into the property rental and leasing processes. This combination, along with my passion for the food ecosystem—stemming from my upbringing in a family of restaurant entrepreneurs and being surrounded by friends and close relations who own and run food establishments—makes me a perfect fit for leading this startup. One notable example of Dishefs' impact is our recent partnership with Gracious Kitchen, a local commercial kitchen. By onboarding them to our platform, we were able to schedule visits from seven renters within just two days, showcasing our ability to efficiently connect kitchen owners with potential renters. This partnership not only helps kitchen owners generate additional income but also provides food entrepreneurs with the space they need to grow their businesses. Furthermore, we have collaborations with local influencers and community leaders such as Robel Mamo from Community Kitchen and Nishal Sethi from Bombay Grill, who actively support and promote our mission.

What challenges did you face in the early stages of Dishefs, and how did you overcome them?

In the early stages, one of the main challenges was building trust and credibility within the community. To overcome this, we focused on providing exceptional customer service, transparent communication, and building strong relationships with kitchen owners and renters. By consistently delivering on our promises and demonstrating the value of our platform, we were able to establish a solid reputation and gain the trust of our users.
