Dr. Abdelsayed, DMD
Now, the practice is proud to welcome Dr. Macarius Mark Abdelsayed, DMD. A graduate of Augusta Preparatory Day School and the University of Georgia, Dr. Abdelsayed earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Dental College of Georgia, where he graduated with honors and was recognized on the Dean’s List throughout his program.
Dr. Abdelsayed is currently completing his final year of an intensive, four-year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Augusta University. During his training, he completed externships at prestigious programs across the country and earned multiple awards for clinical excellence, research, and leadership.
Passionate about both advanced surgical care and service to the community, Dr. Abdelsayed has participated in dental mission trips to Peru and Haiti and has volunteered locally through Habitat for Humanity. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, fishing, and tennis.
