For sisters Linda Fuentes and Damaris Hernandez, Rosemary & Brie began as a simple creative pastime. What started as sister time to share with their loved ones soon grew into something greater, a family business built on faith, creativity, and connection. Founded in 2021, this Latina-owned business began with a vision to create personalized culinary centerpieces that spark conversation and share their original artistry with the community.
That love of food, family, and togetherness is what sparked Rosemary & Brie, a boutique charcuterie company renowned for its luxury custom grazing tables, signature boards, and edible art that transform events into unforgettable experiences. Each creation is thoughtfully designed to be as elegant as it is flavorful, blending artisanal cheeses, premium cured meats, and fresh accompaniments into centerpieces that delight both the palate and hold the eye in mesmerizing patterns.
But at its heart, Rosemary & Brie is about more than food; the business was founded in gratitude. The sisters draw strength and inspiration from their faith and from their mother, Linda Hernandez, who is courageously living with dementia. She still plays a role in the business, lovingly washing fruit for the boards. “It’s a beautiful way to include her,” Damaris explains. “It reminds us that every piece of this journey is rooted in love and thankfulness.”
That message of gratitude is exactly what the sisters hope to share with the Lake Houston community this season. “The joy of the Lord is our strength,” Linda says. “Each board is created with love, creativity, and purpose. We don’t just want to provide food. We want to create moments of joy and connection that linger long after the last bite.”
From intimate gatherings to corporate celebrations, Rosemary & Brie has become more than a catering business; it’s a reminder that food, family, and faith can come together to create beauty and conversation that the community can partake in.
This November, as families gather around their own tables, Rosemary & Brie invite us all to remember that the true centerpiece of every occasion is gratitude.
Every board is crafted to be more than food. It’s an experience that brings people together. From the first glance to the final bite, the goal is to spark conversation and lasting memories.
“Faith and creativity guide everything we do at Rosemary & Brie. We believe those values are what make each table not only beautiful, but also meaningful for every occasion.” Damaris reflects.
“We come from a family centered around food,” Linda shares. “Our older brother, David Hernandez, is our Executive Chef, and our mom has always cooked and even catered in the past. Gathering around food is just who we are.”
