1oz Bitter Tom's London Dry Gin
.25oz Creme de Cassis
.75oz Organic Pomegranate Juice
.5oz Fresh lemon Juice
.5oz Simple Syrup
Spring Rosemary
Sparkling Wine (Brut)
Directions
Put rosemary and simple syrup in a mixing tin and muddle to release oils.
Add all other ingredients except sparkling wine and shake with ice.
Fine strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine
Garnish with a lemon peel and a spring of fresh rosemary
