Roswell Inc has made history and headlines by bringing home four Excellence in Economic Development Awards from the International Economic Development Council (IEDC). The wins make it the most awarded economic development organization in Georgia this year and the first in the state to ever receive the prestigious Economic Development Organization of the Year honor.
The IEDC awards celebrate organizations that create lasting impact through innovative strategies and programs. This year’s competition was especially tough, with more than 400 international submissions and only about 190 awards presented worldwide. Roswell Inc submitted six entries and captured four wins.
In addition to its bronze award for Economic Development Organization of the Year, Roswell Inc earned gold for its Annual Impact Report, gold for the Reuse and Redevelopment Project at Southern Post, and silver for its digital media series, the Roswell Brew Talks Podcast.
