Roswell's Generous Women

The Roswell Woman’s Club (RWC) is excited to announce a donation of more than $152,000 in educational scholarships, teacher grants and nonprofit grants at its annual gift disbursement and awards ceremony at Jeffords Hall.

The Roswell Woman’s Club awarded 23 scholarship recipients, 32 teacher grants and 27 nonprofits thanks to the club’s annual fundraising efforts during the 2022-2023 year, which included BOO Y’ALL Scarecrows, Sip & Stroll at BOO Y’ALL, and the Spring Home & Garden Tour.

“Thanks to our community’s support and a great year of collaboration and event planning among our members, we've been able to give strong financial support to the club’s mission: education, human services, cultural arts, historical preservation and urban improvements in North Fulton County,” says Roswell Woman’s Club President Liz Jackson.

The Roswell Woman’s Club is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) service organization whose common interest is to support Roswell in the areas of educational scholarships and grants, human services, cultural arts, historical preservation and urban improvement. The club has served the community since 1948. Since 1997, RWC has awarded more than $2.5 million in scholarships, educational grants and non-profit grants.
